Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To start a refund, contact us at support@refreshandcool.com. Please note that returns will not be required unless there is a need by Refresh and Cool to have them returned. This will be in discussion with you. The address, if required will be sent to you once we have received your request for refund and there is a need for Refresh and Cool to receive the physical product/s in question for return.

If your refund requires a return of the product/s, and after discussion with you, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace under our 12-month warranty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on free gifts or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact support@refreshandcool.com so we can work with you to receive the exchange quickly.

European Union 60 day guarantee applies as above.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve actioned the refund process and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@refreshandcool.com.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Log in to your Refresh and Cool account.
b. Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
c. Follow the provided instructions to request a return or exchange.
d. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers will not be required to return a product unless there is a reason to do so. Refresh and cool will pay the cost of return shipping if return is required, including the return from a mistake on our part or a defective item.

  • If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping address and lable.

5. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  • Once we receive your email outlining the request, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

6. EXCHANGES

  • If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and may in some instances request the return to inspect the returned item(s) for quality reasons and in with discussion with you

  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@refreshandcool.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.

8. CHANGES TO THIS RETURN POLICY

Refresh and Cool reserves the right to make changes to this return policy at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
